每一条路线都按同一个方法设计。先看见别人怎么做，再对齐到自己的企业，回国后真的做到Every route follows the same method. See how it is done, align it to your business, and act on it once you are home.

看见Awareness

亲身走进企业现场，由内部或前高管带领。观察别人怎么做，而不是听别人说怎么做Walk the floor with insiders and former executives. Watch how it is done, rather than hear how it is done.

对齐Alignment

每天由教练带领复盘，把看到的现象翻译成自己企业可用的判断。同团都是决策者，讨论本身就是产品的一部分Coached debriefs every day turn what you saw into judgements you can use. Everyone in the cohort is a decision-maker, so the conversation is part of the product.

做到Action

回国前整理出三件可以立刻开始的事。行后有社群与跟进，我们关心的是您回去之后改变了什么Leave with three things you can start immediately. Community and follow-up after the trip, because what matters is what changes when you get home.
